Property Specific POF: This letter provides you with a property specific letter, valid for 45 days.

General POF: This letter indicates that OnPurpose is your funding partner for your investment property purchases and is good for 3 months from the day of your request. You can list up to 3 states in the letter.

There is a $97 charge for POF letters If you wish to speak with one of our funding consultants about the POF request please contact us. If your request is over $1M, you must schedule to talk to one of our funding team members.

We keep all of our POF letters in our system and verify if and when sellers or real estate agents call to verify the information.
